2. Object of the service

The site www.vzcharter.com provides an online platform that allows customers to select tourist and / or excursion services, or rental and / or rental of pleasure craft published on the site and to be understood as an “invitation to offer”.

The Platform allows the customer, once the appropriate web form with the data required by the software has been completed, to make a purchase proposal for the selected service or product. The offer is considered validly sent when the customer / user has made the requested payment.

It is understood that if the customer / user of the platform opts for the selection of a product provided by third parties, VZ CHARTER S.R.L. assumes no responsibility for the exact fulfillment of the services due by the final service provider, who will therefore remain solely responsible in the event of failure or incorrect fulfillment due to the end user with whom he has contracted through the use of the platform referred to on the website www.vzcharter.com. All information shown on the site, photographs, are communicated by the supplier of the product and / or service. Therefore, the suppliers of the final services are fully and exclusively responsible for the information published, and are responsible for its truthfulness and incompleteness.

3. Reservation

The user who makes a reservation, without prejudice to what is specified in article 2, through the website www.vzcharter.com establishes a direct and binding contractual relationship with VZ CHARTER S.R.L. in all cases in which the product and service are offered directly by VZ CHARTER S.R.L. ; otherwise the contractual relationship must be considered completed with the supplier of the selected service or product.

Each booking request made through our on-line Booking System is processed and transmitted to the final service provider.

The Platform referred to on the website www.vzcharter.com sends the user an e-mail confirming the reservation, in the name and on behalf of the supplier of the product and / or service, containing a voucher for the use of the same. The Voucher will specify that the service or product provider may, within the next 48 hours from the time of booking, confirm or not confirm the same. In the event that, in the following 48 hours, the user has not received any communication, the contract is considered completed as per the proposal made through the platform. Otherwise, VZ CHARTER S.R.L. , directly or in the interest of the supplier, if the product or service booked are no longer available, may cancel the reservation, without prejudice to the refund of the price paid by the user / customer. , without the latter being able to request anything by way of compensation or compensation or for any other reason.

4. Booking procedure

Booking a product or service is simple and takes place in the following way:

The user must select the desired service and check all the conditions provided (including the final price and cancellation conditions);

Make the payment in the manner provided.

In the event that the user provides incorrect or updated information, VZ CHARTER S.R.L. reserves the right to suspend or cancel him from the service and to prevent any future use of the system. Once the reservation has been made, all the conditions indicated are accepted, also in relation to the conditions relating to the cases of cancellation of the reservation, and these general terms and conditions are fully signed. If the booking and payment of the service are not successful, VZ CHARTER S.R.L. will notify the user of the problem encountered and, where possible, provide the necessary information on how to proceed with the booking and payment. The booking request made by the customer is valid as a contract proposal and therefore is not yet to be considered as a valid contract. The proposal thus formulated will be adequately processed by VZ CHARTER S.R.L. which will immediately transmit it to the final service provider. After which VZ CHARTER S.R.L. , having received the acceptance by the final supplier, will send the user an e-mail confirming the reservation or a confirmation voucher, in the name and on behalf of the user, within 48 hours of booking. of the final service provider. From that moment on, the user and the supplier will be legally bound to the concluded contract. If, on the other hand, VZ CHARTER S.R.L. cannot, for reasons of availability of the supplier, confirm the User’s booking request, it will refund the user the amounts paid up to then and nothing else will be due. to the user in any way and / or reason.

5. Rates

All rates published on the VZ Charter website are intended in full and are inclusive of charges and other applicable legal accessories (including VAT), unless otherwise indicated in the offer itself. The final price is also calculated on the basis of the information provided by the user (e.g. days, number of passengers, etc.) and must be paid in the manner provided (e.g. debit / credit card, iDEAL, Sofort, etc.) ), to VZ CHARTER S.R.L. , which will proceed with the collection for itself or in the interest of the final supplier if a third party. At the time of booking, the customer will be charged an amount equal to the amount of the final price. In the event that the service or product is provided by a third party, the price paid by the consumer / user will be understood as inclusive of all charges: in fact, the brokerage service provided by VZ CHARTER S.R.L. is completely charged to the suppliers of the final product and / or service who will pay a percentage of the price paid by the user, remaining, however, completely free for the end user.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Cancellation

If the user cancels an activity, the cancellation conditions set out in the product description as well as on the voucher apply. VZ CHARTER S.R.L. invites the user to carefully read the information contained in the product description.

Except that there are no different cancellation conditions in the product description, VZ CHARTER S.R.L. will apply the following cancellation fees in case of user cancellation:

later than 24 hours prior to the start of the activity and in case of no-show: no refund

Some published offers do not provide for the possibility of cancellation or, in any case, do not offer any possibility of reimbursement in the event of cancellation of the reservation or no-show on the agreed date and time. The supplier may cancel the activity on the agreed date without notice in the event that weather conditions, official measures, strikes or other unforeseeable and unavoidable external conditions (primarily due to force majeure) make the execution of the activity impossible or make it considerably more difficult or put it at risk. In such cases, the price paid will be refunded. In addition, the provider reserves the right to make non-essential changes to the program where necessary for unforeseeable or unavoidable reasons. 8. Various

Unless otherwise specified, the software necessary to provide our services, made available or used by our website, and the contents of the materials on our site are the property of VZ CHARTER S.R.L. , its suppliers or its providers. In the event of unilateral modification of the contract, users whose reservations are still in existence will be guaranteed the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 15 days from the communication of the change and / or from its publication on the website.
